Plan de negocios "Edificio Cevallos"

This Project is the study of the business plan “Cevallos Building”. This building is an office tower that is been constructed in the North side of Quito- Ecuador. The present project, achieve the following goal: determine if the project can be built and sold maximizing the profits in the established time according with the projections. To fulfill this objective, this thesis have analyzed the macroeconomic environment of the country and an approach of the Construction Industry, determine a marketing research, calculate the main costs, settle the principals of selling strategies, making a financial plan and studying the main risks of the project
